Meet at Dawn's house (3014 Northridge) between 6:00pm-6:30pm. She'll have a margarita ready for you!

Thanks to Hallie (Smith) Nikotich for planning a quick Mac 1987 Holiday Margarita/Taco get-together. So for any of you folks that are still in the San Antonio area or are here for the holidays, come on out! Here's the info:

I think I speak for everyone by saying the 20 year reunion was fantastic! A special thank you goes out to Greg and Laurel Grassmuck for hosting a Friday night pre-reunion party and a Saturday evening after-party, both going on into the early-morning hours! Thanks for opening up your home to everyone!

And a special thanks to Dawn Cuellar Cunningham, Michele Autenrieth Brown, Hallie Smith Nikotich, and Laurel Jordan Grassmuck. These girls started working on this reunion last winter and they certainly pulled off a great event! Tripp Puhl, Greg Grassmuck and I "helped" also... mainly by eating tacos and generally causing trouble.

Dawn did a great job of taking pictures all weekend. I have them on a disk and will be posting them in the next couple of days. I saw a lot of cameras this weekend, so please upload your pictures in the gallery or email them to me and I'll upload them.

For those that couldn't make the events this weekend, you were missed!

This website will continue indefinitely. Please check back often for events and get-togethers in the future. And keep posting messages and pictures (old and new) for years to come!

Greg and Laurel Grassmuck are hosting a party Friday night, August 3rd at their house. The party will be from 8:00PM to midnight. There will be a bunch of appetizers and BYOB.

The party will be in their backyard, so if the weather turns sour all bets are off. We might try to find an alternate location, but nothing is official at this point.

Additional weekend event details are in the July 27th posting.

We have had some additional, "unofficial" events planned for the reunion weekend.

Here is a schedule of events:

Saturday, August 4th at 10:00 AM: Tour of the Mac Campus

Saturday, August 4th, 7:00 PM to midnight: Official reunion at the Quarry Golf Club

Sunday, August 5th, 11:00AM to 1:00PM: Family Meetup at Momaks Restaraunt

For those of you planning on attending the Saturday night event but haven't registered yet, they will accept registrations at the door for $70 (cash only) a person.

The tour of the Mac campus and the Sunday lunch-time get together are unofficial events and are free (other then paying for your own lunch). Children are welcome at those events!

We have coordinated a tour of the MacArthur campus on Saturday morning, August 4th at 10:00 AM. Thanks to Kimberly Anderson Marrin and Mary Anne Schweers for setting it up for us!

We will all meet at the “new” front of the school which is located to the right of the old entrance closer to the old math wing. The tour will be given by none other than... Ms Willis, senior English teacher!

If you have trouble finding it, just look for a large group of people with gray hair and bulging mid-sections.

Be sure to send in your registration packet for the Saturday evening event! The deadline for the cheaper price is July 27th!

For anyone that is interested we have scheduled a family picnic event for Sunday August 5th from 11:00AM to 1:00PM. This is an unofficial event so it is free of charge other then paying for your own lunch.

This event will be at Momak's and we have a section reserved for 60 to 70 people.

We now have a picture gallery, so everybody start digging through your pictures (old and new) and start uploading!

Click HERE for the gallery.

To avoid getting a bunch of spam in the gallery you will have to register with the gallery and get a username and password. The registration is very simple.

Once registered, log on, create an album(s), and click the "upload" link at the top of the page to upload your pictures. The upload process will ask you which album to put the picture in.

The gallery resizes your pictures, but when browsing an album you can enlarge a picture by simply clicking on it for the full-size. If you have any problems or questions, shoot me an email.

Dawn has worked with Amerisuites (a hotel near the reunion site) to give us a group rate of $115/night for anyone needing a hotel for the reunion. We have 10 rooms blocked for us so far. More can be added if needed. Download the attachment below for information on the Amerisuites:

And lastly, because I own a mini-van and regularly watch "Dora the Explorer", I have plenty of time at night to do things like scan our yearbook.

So yes, we now have a virtual yearbook.

It's official. Our 20 year reunion is scheduled. Below are some initial details.

Welcome to the Official Website of MacArthur's Class of 1987! The initial purpose of this site will be to share information about our upcoming 20 year reunion. We also want this site to become a common area where we all can share pictures from the past and present, post messages and memories (I remember paying Ken Due money to eat live bugs at Garner Middle School), and coordinate other San Antonio-area class get-togethers.
